🛡️ Key Responsibilities

The Armed Security Officer ensures that all site-specific security requirements are adhered to while meeting client needs professionally and efficiently. Responsibilities include:

1. Client Relationship Management:
   • Maintain excellent relations between Fidelity Services Group and the client
   • Regularly evaluate service levels and recommend improvements
2. Site Security Management:
   • Continuously assess the client’s premises for risks and vulnerabilities
   • Implement barriers and security measures to prevent unauthorized access or criminal activity
3. Operational Support:
   • Report incidents and provide recommendations for enhanced security
   • Ensure adherence to company protocols and professional conduct at all times

📌 Minimum Requirements

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in security supervising
• Registration: PSIRA Grade C registered and accredited
• Background: Clean criminal record
• Firearm Competency: Must be competent with at least two firearms, including one handgun
• Work Ethic: Willingness to work shift-based hours
• Professional Attributes: Reliable, disciplined, and able to maintain high standards of integrity
