About the Position
Europcar Bloemfontein is looking for a dependable and hardworking Driver/Cleaner to join its operations team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining vehicle quality, ensuring customer satisfaction, and keeping the premises clean and organized.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys driving, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean vehicle interiors and exteriors according to company standards.
- Conduct vehicle quality checks and report any defects or expired licenses.
- Refuel vehicles and check tyre pressure, oil, water, and other fluids after each rental.
- Deliver and collect vehicles from customers following company procedures.
- Perform proper vehicle check-ins in line with quality control and claims processes.
- Maintain cleanliness of the yard and surrounding areas.
- Act professionally and uphold the integrity of the company at all times.
- Carry out additional duties as required.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (NQF Level 4) or equivalent qualification.
- Valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license (at least 2 years old).
- Minimum of 2 years relevant driving experience.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to read a map.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when necessary.
