The Department of Employment and Labour – Compensation Fund invites suitably qualified South African graduates to apply for its 24-month Graduate Internship Programme. This programme provides practical workplace experience aligned with graduates’ qualifications and prepares participants for professional roles in various fields.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

Be South African citizens
Be unemployed
Not have previously participated in any internship programme

📄 Application Requirements

Applicants must submit:

A fully completed, initialled, and signed new Z83 Application Form
- Can be obtained from any Public Service Department or downloaded at: www.gov.za/documents
- ⚠️ Applications submitted with the old Z83 form will not be considered
A detailed and updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)

Important Notes:

Applicants do not need to submit qualifications or supporting documents at application stage
Only shortlisted candidates will be requested to submit certified copies before interviews

- Combine Z83 + CV into one PDF document
- Indicate job title and reference number in the email subject line
- Failure to comply may result in disqualification
