Minimum Requirements

To apply for this internship, candidates must meet the following:

  • Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum academic average of 65%
  • No prior work experience required
  • Reside in Gauteng Province
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy and ability to multitask
  • A valid driver’s licence (advantageous but not compulsory)

Key Responsibilities

As an Administration Intern, you will provide support to the ETQA Business Unit and other CHIETA departments. Your tasks will include:

  • Capturing and managing accredited SDP/AC and ARPL data
  • Filing, document tracking, and record management
  • Assisting specialists and practitioners with administration
  • Supporting accreditation and RPL monitoring processes
  • Preparing reports and handling correspondence
  • Providing general administrative support across business units
  • Managing skills development activities in assigned organisations
