Job Purpose
The main purpose of the General Worker / Merchandiser role is to support daily store operations. This includes assisting with customer service, merchandising, shelf packing, and stock handling to ensure a neat, attractive, and well-managed store environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Service
Customer satisfaction is a key part of this role. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers with purchases
- Helping customers locate products in-store
- Providing basic product information

Merchandising and Shelf Packing

Requirements
Experience
- 2–3 years’ customer service experience
- Previous retail experience (essential)
- Merchandising experience (essential)
