About the Learnership
OUTsurance is offering a 12-month Call Centre Learnership aimed at giving unemployed youth practical work experience. This program helps participants develop essential workplace skills and prepares them for careers in the Financial and Insurance industry.
Selected candidates will sign a fixed-term Learnership agreement (not a permanent employment contract) and receive a stipend while gaining hands-on experience in a professional call centre environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally manage inbound and outbound customer calls
- Provide clients with accurate non-financial information
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Maintain accurate records and follow call centre procedures
- Participate in training sessions, assessments, and workplace activities
Requirements
- Valid Matric certificate
- South African citizenship
- Age between 18 and 35
- Unemployed for at least 6 months
- Not previously registered on a Learnership
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- No prior work experience required
- A completed degree is advantageous but not mandatory
