Client Services Administrator – Werkie (Pretoria, Gauteng)

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting clients, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders. You will represent the company with professionalism while helping clients achieve successful hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize job descriptions based on client needs.
- Upload job vacancies to various recruitment platforms and monitor placements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates before and after interviews.
- Provide ongoing support to placed candidates during their first three months.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and recruitment teams.
- Act as a professional representative of the company when engaging with clients.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate).
- Qualification in Sales, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (advantageous).
- At least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or recruitment.
- Strong communication skills in Afrikaans and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
