🌟 Programme Overview
BPO Skills Academy is offering a Contact Centre Operations Skills Programme (NQF Level 3) for unemployed youth who want to gain real work experience in the call centre and customer service industry.
This 6-month programme includes:
✔ Accredited training (40 credits)
✔ Practical workplace exposure
✔ Fixed-term employment opportunity
✔ Customer service and call centre skills
✔ Exposure to digital tools and modern contact centre technology
This opportunity is ideal for young people who are not working, not studying, and not in training (NEET) and are serious about starting a career in customer service or contact centres.
🧑💼 What You Will Do
- Complete Contact Centre Operations training (NQF Level 3)
- Handle customer calls and digital enquiries professionally
- Apply customer service and basic sales techniques
- Follow contact centre processes, quality standards and compliance rules
- Support daily operations during workplace training
✅ Minimum Requirements
- South African citizen
- Matric (English + Maths or Maths Literacy)
- Age 18–35 years
- Currently unemployed
- Not studying or in any training programme

- Willingness to learn and grow
- Basic computer skills
- Team player with a professional attitude
