Hollywoodbets is calling on energetic and customer-focused individuals to join the Purple Team for the exciting Durban July 2026 event! This is a great short-term opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment while working for one of South Africa’s fastest-growing brands.
Your Role:
- Accurately take bets and stay updated on odds, rules, and payouts
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Handle cash, payouts, and balancing responsibly
- Keep your workstation neat and report any system or equipment issues
- Work closely with Team Leaders to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow company policies and regulatory requirements
- Assist with other duties when required
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good numerical skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Available to work weekends and event days
- Previous cash-handling experience is an advantage
