Bidvest Facilities Management is inviting applications for a 12-month Unitary Installer Learnership Programme aimed at developing young South Africans who want to start a career in facilities management and technical services. This structured programme combines theory, practical training, and supervised workplace experience.
The learnership is aligned with the QCTO Occupational Qualification 103269 and equips learners with hands-on skills in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) systems and related technical environments.
📚 What You Will Learn
- HVAC system fundamentals
- Installation and commissioning of unitary HVAC systems
- Occupational Health & Safety (including Working at Heights)
- Basic electrical and mechanical skills
- Tool handling and fault finding
- Workplace professionalism and compliance
✅ Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 with Mathematics & Physical Science OR NQF Level 4–6
- Aged 18–34 years
- Physically fit and medically cleared to work on sites and at heights
- Willingness to work with tools and in technical environments
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
