Sasol is offering an exciting HR Novice Internship Programme for 2026. This 12-month opportunity is designed for graduates with a post-matric qualification in Human Resources who are looking to gain practical workplace experience in a leading energy and chemicals company.
The internship is based in Sasolburg and falls within the Learning and Development function under Group Rewards & Human Capital Solutions.
What the Internship Offers
This structured programme provides hands-on exposure to key HR functions, including:
Training Administration & Coordination
- Scheduling and coordinating internal and external training sessions
- Managing course bookings and logistics
HR Records & Documentation
- Capturing and maintaining employee training records
- Filing, archiving, and ensuring compliance with HR standards
Learning Systems Administration
- Supporting SAP LSO and T@W Learning Management Systems
- Assisting with system updates and learning activity tracking
Reporting & Analytics
- Assisting with HR reports
- Supporting data analysis related to training and development
Stakeholder Engagement
- Communicating with internal teams and service providers
- Supporting meetings and coordination activities
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Completed post-matric qualification in Human Resources or related field
- No prior work experience required
