Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for achieving set sales targets by:
- Providing unmatched service excellence to every customer
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships
- Creating new revenue opportunities and expanding the client base
- Effectively managing customer expectations and resolving escalations
- Negotiating and closing sales agreements efficiently
- Keeping up-to-date with industry, market trends, and competitor activity
- Accurately evaluating vehicles and maintaining in-depth product knowledge
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow the business to meet monthly sales targets
- Drive strategies to retain and expand existing customer relationships
- Identify new revenue streams and explore potential opportunities
- Ensure customer feedback is collected and responded to promptly
- Apply a deep understanding of customer behaviour to deliver personalized experiences
- Maintain professional standards, compliance, and dealership procedures
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Grade 12
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Sales Executive in automotive sales
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Computer literate and familiar with dealership software
- Code 8 Driver’s Licence
