KZN’s award-winning Vodacom Franchise Dealer with 12 retail stores is looking for energetic, target-driven Prepaid Cellular Consultants to join their growing team in Durban.

Pavilion
Workshop
Westwood
Bluff

🛒 Key Responsibilities:

Sell prepaid devices (smartphones, routers, tablets, smartwatches, laptops & IoT)
Accessories sales
New prepaid starter pack activations
SIM swops & prepaid customer support
LTE, Wireless & Fibre sales
Device setup for customers
Merchandising & daily store duties
Repair & OBF bookings
Promote products within the mall

✅ Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year cellular sales experience
Knowledge of devices & troubleshooting
Computer literate
Target-driven & goal-oriented
Able to work retail hours & shifts
Excellent customer service skills
Able to travel for training
Matric (preferred)
Code 08/10 driver’s license & own vehicle (preferred)

🕒 Working Hours:

Pavilion: 9am – 7pm (Shift system applies)

Shift 1: 9am – 6pm
Shift 2: 10am – 2pm

Westwood: 9am – 6pm
Workshop: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Bluff: 9am – 6pm

Weekend & Public Holiday work required.

💰 Package:

Basic Salary: R4 500 – R5 500
Uncapped Commission (Write your own salary cheque!)
