Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Branch Manager with daily branch operations and workflow management
Support financial monitoring, including sales, expenses, and budgets
Manage stock: receiving, merchandising, ordering, claims, and stock-taking
Provide supervision and support for staff development and shift planning
Maintain excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently
Contribute to marketing and promotions to drive sales growth and branch visibility
Act as Branch Manager when required

Requirements:

Matric / NQF4 (tertiary qualification is an advantage)
2–3 years’ experience in animal feed and animal medicine
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
A people-focused, motivated individual who thrives under pressure
