Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
Handle customer complaints professionally
Merchandising of stock according to store layout and planograms
Ensure accurate shelf price labeling
Maintain housekeeping in aisles, canteen, and toilet areas
Report damaged stock or discrepancies to the Store Manager
Follow OHSA safety requirements to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements

Minimum Grade 10 (NQF 3) with 1 year of work experience OR Grade 12 without work experience
Strong communication skills in English and the local dominant language
Valid South African ID or work permit
Basic mathematical skills
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
