Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and safety checks.
- Deliver goods safely and on time to clients.
- Report any vehicle issues to supervisors.
- Load, unload, and secure goods for transport.
- Verify delivery instructions and obtain proof of delivery.
- Maintain records of invoices, fuel slips, and working hours.
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness and proper load handling.
- Follow all traffic rules and regulations.
- Report accidents, road incidents, or violations.
Requirements
- Matric certificate (Grade 12)
- Valid Code 14 driver’s license (EC)
- Professional Driving Permit (PrDP)
- Minimum experience as a Code 14 driver
- Live within 25 km of Durban North
- Clear criminal record
