Key Responsibilities
Customer Service and Sales
- Welcome customers professionally and provide product guidance
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Process orders, applications, and customer requests accurately
- Maintain accurate customer account records
- Ensure a positive in-store customer experience
Complaint Handling
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Verify customer information and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain strong knowledge of Cell C products and services
Stock and Financial Control
- Submit weekly stock forecasts
- Capture sales orders daily
- Ensure accurate cash-up processes
- Maintain balanced financial records
Administration and Reporting
- Submit weekly and monthly reports
- Maintain proper filing and audit-compliant documentation
Health and Safety Compliance
- Follow workplace safety regulations
- Report health and safety concerns
- Attend required safety training sessions
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- NQF Level 5 Certificate (advantageous)
- 6–24 months experience in sales or retail
- ICT product knowledge (advantageous)
- Computer literacy
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
