Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Welcome and assist customers in finding products
- Provide product information and recommendations
- Implement upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales and turnover
- Promote all payment methods, including PAYFLEX, PJN, Happy Pay
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to brand standards
Visual Merchandising
- Maintain knowledge of product placement, materials, and pricing
- Fold, hang, tag, and steam garments
- Follow visual merchandising (VM) guidelines to ensure an engaging shopping experience
Stock Control
- Organize stockroom and maintain cleanliness
- Monitor stock levels, report sell-outs, and update managers on inventory
- Ensure products are easy to locate for efficient sales
Daily Operations
- Follow time and attendance policies
- Process sales accurately using POS systems, including cash, credit/debit card payments
- Handle customer transactions efficiently
Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) – higher education advantageous
- Experience: 1–2 years in retail preferred
- Skills:
