General Assistant Job Description
The successful candidate will support daily operations by ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy practical work.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness in offices, kitchens, restrooms, and common areas
- Assist with food preparation, serving, and clearing of refreshment stations
- Support housekeeping and waste management duties
- Ensure all equipment and workspaces are clean and properly maintained
- Replenish supplies and assist with basic stock control
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures
- Provide professional assistance to staff, clients, and visitors
- Perform additional duties as required by management
Minimum Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Physically fit (able to stand, bend, and lift)
- Willing to work 45–50 hours per week
