💰 Learnership Stipend
Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend of up to R5,200 during the duration of the programme.
👥 Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the STS Africa Learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be an unemployed South African youth (ages 18–28)
- Have a Matric Certificate (Grade 12) (Grade 11 may be considered)
- Possess basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office skills recommended)
- Demonstrate good communication skills
- Be able to multitask and work under pressure
- Show a willingness to learn and grow within a company environment
