The Cashier will be responsible for accurate Point of Sale (POS) transactions, ensuring all goods are paid for, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, honesty, and the ability to work under pressure.
✅ Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or at least 1 year relevant experience

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Cash Handling & POS

- Ensure cash balances correctly (no shortages or overages)
- Maintain sufficient change and manage daily cash-ups
Customer Service
- Deliver fast, friendly, and efficient service
- Assist customers and direct them where needed
Administration & Compliance
- Complete and file cashier documentation
- Follow safety (OHSA) and security procedures
- Report discrepancies to management
