Grade 10 / NQF Level 3 with at least 1 year of work experience, OR
Grade 12 (Matric) with no prior experience required

Customer Service

Merchandising

Ensure shelves are stocked according to store layout and planograms

Housekeeping

Keep the store clean, safe, and organized
Ensure correct pricing and labeling of products
Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas at all times

Safety & Compliance (OHSA)

Follow occupational health and safety regulations
Ensure safe movement for customers and staff within the store
Report damaged stock, hazards, and irregularities

Stock Control

Assist in reducing stock loss
Report damaged or missing stock to management
