π― Internship Purpose
The RAF Internship Programme aims to support youth skills development by offering graduates hands-on experience in training, development, and HR administration within a professional environment.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
As a Learning and Development Intern, you will:
- Assist with skills development administration
- Support employee induction programmes
- Help prepare training reports and research documents
- Manage learner and intern programme administration
- Assist with Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) data capturing
- Perform general office and HR administrative duties
β Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must have:
- Grade 12 (Matric Certificate)
- HR Diploma or Degree (Advanced Diploma accepted)
- Academic transcript (required)
- Valid South African ID
- Updated CV and motivational letter

- ETDP Certificate (NQF Level 4/5)
- Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) Certificate
