🎓 Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Grade 10 / AET Level 3 or equivalent qualification
• Basic Life Support (advantage)
• Knowledge of Batho Pele Principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage conflict professionally
• Ability to work under pressure and in shifts
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and extended hours

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting patient flow and improving service delivery within the hospital.

• Managing patient queues and waiting areas
• Directing patients to correct departments and service points
• Welcoming and assisting visitors professionally
• Maintaining order in waiting areas
• Providing information and guidance to patients
• Handling queries and complaints
• Supporting helpdesk operations
• Conducting health talks where required
• Ensuring cleanliness and reporting faulty equipment
