Key Responsibilities
🧹 General Cleaning Duties
- Cleaning corridors, staircases, foyers, and communal areas
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Wiping handrails, doors, and shared surfaces
🪟 Window & Glass Cleaning
- Cleaning windows in common areas and fire escapes
- Washing glass doors and entrances
🗑️ Waste Management
- Handling and cleaning bins
- Taking bins out on scheduled days
- Maintaining clean refuse areas
🌿 Outdoor Maintenance
- Cleaning parking areas and external spaces
- Keeping outdoor areas neat and safe
🔧 Basic Maintenance Support

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years cleaning or caretaking experience
- No criminal record
