Role Overview
The ATM Maintenance Cleaner is responsible for ensuring that Automated Teller Machine (ATM) sites remain clean, safe, and well-maintained. This includes cleaning both the exterior ATM units and internal ATM rooms while adhering to strict security and safety protocols.
The position requires travel between different ATM sites and the ability to work independently according to scheduled cleaning plans.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise ATM machines and ATM rooms as per schedule
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Inspect ATM sites for vandalism, damage, or suspicious devices
- Report maintenance issues and security concerns
- Follow all safety, security, and access control procedures
- Complete reports and checklists using a mobile device
- Travel between allocated ATM locations
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- 2–3 years of cleaning experience (commercial or secure environments preferred)
- Experience in banking, retail, or security-sensitive facilities
- Basic maintenance knowledge
- Understanding of health and safety standards
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Physically fit and able to perform manual duties
- Comfortable using smartphones or mobile applications
- Honest, reliable, and able to work independently
- Flexible to work early mornings or after hours when required
