About the Internship Programme
The BANKSETA Graduate Internship Programme is a structured two-year programme that provides graduates with meaningful workplace experience while supporting the transformation and development of the financial and education sectors.

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this internship, applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen aged between 18 and 35.
- Be currently unemployed.
- Hold a recognised qualification in one of the following fields:
Fields of Study and Allocations
- Research & Strategy – NQF Level 9 (Master’s) (x1)
- Finance – NQF Level 8 (Honours/PGDip) (x1)
- Marketing & Communications – NQF Level 8 (Honours) (x1)
- Human Resources (HR) / Education / Training & Development – NQF Level 6+ or equivalent (x1)
- Human Resources (HR) / Education / Training & Development – NQF Level 6+ or equivalent (x1) for the Eastern Cape Regional Office
