About the Bidvest Insurance Learnerships 2025
The Bidvest Insurance Learnership Programme 2025 is an exciting opportunity for young South Africans who want to gain valuable skills in the insurance industry. This learnership focuses on Value Added Product Claims, where learners will be trained to process claims accurately while delivering excellent customer service.
This programme provides the perfect balance of theoretical learning and practical workplace exposure, equipping participants with the knowledge and skills required to thrive in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
As a learner, you will be trained to perform tasks such as:
Customer Service
- Handle queries via phone and email in a professional manner.
- Ensure every client receives excellent service, aligned with the Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.
Claims Processing
- Capture and validate claim details.
- Verify policy status and payments.
- Attach supporting documents to the system.
- Process refunds and payments when required.
Query Management
- Resolve queries from clients, suppliers, and stakeholders efficiently.
System Updates
- Record all client interactions on the claims system.
- Update policy information accurately.
Correspondence
- Communicate claim outcomes clearly.
- Advise clients on any future requirements.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Bidvest Insurance Learnerships 2025, you must have:
- Matric / Grade 12 (compulsory)
- Computer literacy (essential)
Knowledge and Skills
