About the Coca-Cola Visual Merchandiser Learnership
The Visual Merchandiser Learnership is designed to give learners practical commercial experience in retail outlets. Participants will support merchandising activities, assist customers, and ensure products are properly displayed in stores.
Learners will work within a specific geographic area and report to a Sales Account Developer while gaining exposure to the daily operations of the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities
Successful learners will be expected to:
- Execute daily store visits and merchandising schedules

- Assist retailers with placing orders through the MyCCBA platform
- Support promotional campaigns and marketing activities
- Provide relief support when required
Learners will work closely with the sales team to maintain high merchandising standards in retail outlets.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Coca-Cola Learnership 2026, applicants must:
- Have Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy (minimum 40%)
- Have English and a second language (minimum 40%)
- Be a South African citizen
- Be between 18 and 35 years old
- Be unemployed at the time of application
- Not be enrolled in another learnership or full-time studies
- Not have previously completed the same qualification
- Have no criminal or negative credit record
- Be willing to work six days per week
A driver’s licence will be an added advantage.
A post-matric qualification in Sales or Marketing may also strengthen your application but is not compulsory.
