Programme Details
This 23-month internship contract places graduates within one of two teams: Client Services or Validations. Both paths provide hands-on experience and skills development tailored to the financial services industry.
Client Services Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Handle unit trust, retirement, and life insurance product questions.
- Provide accurate product and investment information.
- Assist clients using Coronation Online Services.
- Resolve complaints promptly within service standards.
- Liaise with advisers, LISPs, and third-party administrators.
- Manage compliance with FICA, FAIS, and client data requirements.
- Maintain precise client and adviser records.
- Meet service level and response targets.
Validations Responsibilities
- Validate retirement and unit trust product transactions.
- Process adviser applications and confirm licensing compliance.
- Verify transactions directly with clients by phone.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations including FICA and FAIS.
- Collaborate internally to resolve complex cases.
- Accurately process investments on time.
- Maintain digital records of all client documentation.
- Update client and adviser information using the workflow system.
