Job Description
The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for assisting passengers and ensuring a smooth travel experience. The successful candidate will perform the following duties:
- Assist passengers with ticket sales, bookings, and flight changes, including explaining rules, terms and conditions, regulations, and procedures when required.
- Support customers in situations involving flight disruptions or cancellations.
- Handle and safeguard confidential passenger information while addressing customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Escalate problematic issues to the Supervisor on duty when necessary.
- Provide professional and efficient customer service at all times.

Minimum Job Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate or equivalent (Essential).
- Airport and ticket sales experience (Essential).
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shift work when required.
- Good knowledge and understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong understanding of excellent customer service delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including proper telephone etiquette.
- Conflict resolution skills.
