🛠 Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Inform customers of outstanding balances and arrears
- Request immediate payment or confirm Promise-to-Pay (PTP) arrangements
- Confirm salary dates and ensure alignment with payment arrangements
- Explain consequences of non-payment and benefits of timely payments
- Negotiate repayment plans, including multiple PTPs
- Offer payment options such as credit card or debit order and explain their benefits
- Accurately update customer information and action codes
🎓 Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
