This learnership combines both a formal, registered qualification and workplace experience, giving participants the chance to learn while contributing to real business operations. As a Learner, you will:

- Maintain quality standards, accurate reports, and compliance with company policies.
- Explore innovative ways to streamline and optimise business processes.
- Share ideas with management on potential system and process improvements.
- Work collaboratively within a team while respecting diversity and inclusivity.
- Create a personal development plan, identify learning gaps, and commit to continuous self-improvement.
Minimum Requirements
To apply, candidates must:
- Hold a Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- Be computer literate (MS Office).
- Have no previous work experience.
- Be a South African citizen.
- Be between 18 and 35 years old.
- Be currently unemployed.
