FlySafair, one of South Africa’s leading low-cost airlines, is looking for dedicated Call Centre Agents to join their Head Office in Johannesburg. This is a great opportunity for individuals with excellent customer service skills and experience in a fast-paced call centre environment.


Key Responsibilities

As a FlySafair Call Centre Agent, your main duties will include:

  • Receiving and responding to calls from passengers and customers
  • Resolving queries, delays, cancellations, and complaints professionally
  • Explaining airline processes and assisting customers effectively
  • Working in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
  • Communicating clearly, both verbally and in writing

Requirements for Applicants

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following essential requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
  • 1–4 years of call centre experience
  • Excellent English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Strong computer literacy
  • No criminal or credit record
  • Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays

Advantageous Qualifications:

  • Travel or relevant certification
  • Own transport

Shift Details

Shift options include:

  • 07:00 – 16:00
  • 08:00 – 17:00
  • 09:00 – 18:00
  • 10:00 – 19:00

All shifts include weekends and public holidays.
