Job Description: General Worker at TWK Agri

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and operational tasks across the nursery. This includes garden maintenance, infrastructure repairs, equipment handling, and supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain gardens, lawns, and nursery areas
Cut grass and clean pathways and surrounding areas
Apply herbicides, pesticides, and chemicals safely
Repair irrigation systems, pipes, nets, and infrastructure
Operate tractors and maintenance equipment
Load and offload trucks and materials
Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored
Perform general maintenance duties as required

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric certificate)
Valid Driver’s License (Code 10)
Tractor driving experience is essential
Previous experience in manual labour or general work
Basic knowledge of irrigation systems and garden equipment
Ability to handle chemicals safely
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in different weather conditions
Strong practical and problem-solving skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
