Job Summary

Durpro HR Solutions is seeking a hardworking and reliable General Worker in Cape Town to support daily operations across our sites. The successful candidate will perform a variety of manual tasks, including loading and offloading materials, cleaning, maintenance, and general site duties. This role requires flexibility, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to travel when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and offloading of materials and equipment
• Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties
• Support skilled workers and supervisors with daily operational tasks
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks when required
• Ensure work areas are kept neat, organized, and safe
• Assist with stock control and inventory when necessary
• Carry out any other reasonable instructions from management

Minimum Requirements

• Matric certificate
• Previous experience in a similar General Worker role is advantageous
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work overtime when required
• Clear criminal record
