Job Purpose
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and grilling menu items according to Pedros’ quality, safety, and operational standards. You will ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and speed of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, season, and grill chicken and other menu items according to approved recipes
- Monitor cooking temperatures, timing, and portion control
- Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards at all times
- Perform daily equipment checks and report any faults
- Manage stock rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out) principles
- Minimise waste and support cost control measures
- Clean grills, utensils, and workstations regularly

- Follow all health, safety, and company policies
Minimum Requirements
- Previous kitchen or grilling experience is an advantage
