Key Responsibilities

As a Griller at Pedros, your main duties include:

• Preparing, seasoning, and grilling chicken and other menu items according to approved recipes.
• Monitoring cooking temperatures, timing, and portion control to ensure consistency.
• Maintaining high food quality, taste, and presentation standards.
• Conducting daily equipment checks and reporting any faults promptly.
• Ensuring strict adherence to hygiene and food safety standards.
• Managing stock rotation (FIFO) and minimizing waste.
• Cleaning grills, workstations, and utensils regularly.
• Assisting with stock counts and ingredient preparation.
