This structured programme combines theoretical training with hands-on experience, preparing candidates for a professional trade career in the mining industry.

What the Learnership Involves
Participants in the learnership will gain:
Theoretical training at the CTC (Central Training Centre)
Preparation for a trade test (completion of all modules and assessments required)

Tip: Ensure your N2 certificates reflect the exact subjects for your trade. If your results are still pending, include proof of results or a statement of results.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Grade 12 (Matric) and N2 technical qualification with relevant trade subjects
Strong understanding of safety systems, regulations, and standards
Willingness to work shifts, standby, and call-outs when required
Certificate of Fitness (or ability to obtain one)
Valid driver’s license (advantageous/required depending on trade)
