Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain packaging equipment and associated processes
- Execute production plans for shifts
- Operate manual and automatic packaging machines according to standards
- Ensure product quality, productivity, hygiene, and food safety compliance
- Track processes, monitor performance, and take corrective actions when necessary
- Manage PIMS & POMS, and contribute to AB reports
- Uphold and contribute to a culture of quality and food safety excellence
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment

Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric)
- Training: Minimum 9 months on-the-job training with SKAP completion within 12 months
- Experience: Packaging experience in FMCG industry
- Skills: Basic PC literacy (Microsoft/SAP), problem-solving, and communication skills
- Other: Ability to work shifts and follow health & safety standards
