Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Team Member to join our restaurant in Mookgophong. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service, and helping maintain smooth kitchen and front-of-house operations. You will handle food preparation, process orders and payments, and assist with additional tasks to ensure customers receive delicious meals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Cook menu items quickly and accurately using kitchen equipment
- Prepare and package food according to specific orders and standards
- Handle multiple orders while maintaining quality and efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and dining areas
- Manage food supplies, store them properly, and notify managers of shortages
- Operate cash registers or POS systems and process cash, debit, and credit payments
- Assist customers over the counter and phone with orders
- Suggest specials and promotions to customers
- Follow proper opening and closing procedures
- Support the team with additional tasks as required
Requirements
- Matric certificate
- Experience in roles such as Front of House, Back of House, Team Member, Cashier, Cook, or Griller
- Reside within 15 km of Mookgophong
- Clear criminal record
Preferred Qualifications
- South African citizenship
- Candidates aged 25–40
