Key Responsibilities
- Complete all relevant FP&M SETA theoretical modules.
- Maintain logbooks or assessment tools to document workplace experiences.
- Attend all scheduled study periods, theoretical classes, and learning activities.
- Engage in intensive on-the-job training, including exposure to plant processes and trade-related learning.
- Develop problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Support production by ensuring equipment availability and reliability.
- Perform practical maintenance and installations.
- Sign an 18-month apprenticeship contract with PG Bison and FP&M SETA.
Eligibility Criteria
- Grade 12 certificate with Mathematics and Science, or N3 qualification in Mathematics and Science (N4 is advantageous).
- No prior experience required.
