About the Opportunity
Bridgestone is offering an exciting Production Learnership Programme based in Brits. This is a great opportunity for young, motivated individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing and production while developing valuable technical skills in a global company.
As a Production Learner, you will work closely with the Production Foreman and production team, assisting in tyre assembly processes while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct basic risk assessments on production equipment
- Wear prescribed PPE at all times
- Maintain 3S standards in the work area
- Check machine controls before operation
- Remove and return empty materials to relevant sections
- Move inspected materials to storage bays
- Supply production solutions as required
- Work effectively within a team
- Meet production targets in line with programme objectives
🎓 Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Grade 12 (Matric) or N3 Certificate
- Mathematics (Pure Maths) and/or Physical Science
Other Requirements:
- Proficient in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team-oriented and adaptable
