  • Working Hours:
    • 07h00 – 16h00
    • OR 08h30 – 17h30

Job Description

The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a smooth and professional front desk experience. This Receptionist role goes beyond basic duties and focuses on delivering a high-quality client experience in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls using a PABX switchboard system
  • Coordinate with security and manage visitor access and parking
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure readiness
  • Handle deliveries, mail, and courier services
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and first aid stock
  • Provide administrative support to office teams
  • Resolve client queries quickly and professionally

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) – required
  • Post-matric qualification – advantageous
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a receptionist or client service role
  • Experience using a PABX system
  • Experience in corporate or hospitality environments is beneficial
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
