If you are a young unemployed South African looking for work experience and training in sales, the U-Belong Sales Consultant Learnership Programme is a great opportunity to start your career.
This learnership allows participants to gain practical work experience while earning a Business Practice NQF Level 1 Certificate accredited by MICT SETA.
The programme is offered by T3 Telecoms SA in partnership with Blu Train, and it focuses on creating employment opportunities for young people across South Africa.
Since its launch, the programme has already created over 300 jobs in Gauteng, and it has now expanded to other provinces.

About the U-Belong Learnership Programme
The U-Belong Learnership Programme is designed to empower unemployed youth by providing:

- A nationally recognised qualification
Participants will work as Sales Consultants, promoting telecommunication products and services in different areas across the country.

Learnership Responsibilities
As a U-Belong Sales Consultant, your duties may include:
- Selling SIM starter packs
- Selling airtime and mobile data
- Assisting customers with electricity purchases
- Promoting telecom products to customers
- Working in teams and travelling to different sales locations
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with people, sales, and marketing.
Minimum Requirements
To apply for the U-Belong Sales Consultant Learnership, you must:
- Have Grade 10, Grade 11 or Grade 12
- Be a South African citizen
- Have a valid South African ID
- Be unemployed
- Be willing to work in sales and travel to different locations
No previous work experience is required.
