Job Description
The General Worker position involves performing basic operational and manual tasks within the retail environment. The role requires only a brief induction, making it suitable for entry-level candidates who are ready to work in a physical and practical environment.
Employees will assist with daily store operations and help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workplace.

Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Maintaining general tidiness and cleanliness of the premises
- Performing cleaning duties within the store or warehouse
- Completing adhoc duties assigned by supervisors when required
- Assisting customers and suppliers with loading and offloading stock in line with company policies and procedures
- Conducting general housekeeping of the premises
- Providing basic customer service when assisting clients in the store
- Supporting stock control activities

- Ability to work accurately, thoroughly, and precisely
- Strong attention to detail
