Key Responsibilities

Guest Service Excellence

• Deliver friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests
• Ensure guests enjoy a memorable dining experience
• Handle customer complaints quickly and professionally

Menu Knowledge and Recommendations

• Understand menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
• Provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences
• Inform guests about potential allergens and specials

Sales and Upselling

• Promote menu specials, beverages, and featured items
• Increase restaurant sales through effective upselling techniques
• Ensure orders are taken and delivered accurately

Teamwork and Collaboration

• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth service
• Support team members during busy service periods
• Participate in Vibe meetings and contribute ideas for improvement

Campaign Execution

• Assist with restaurant promotional campaigns and special events

• Use restaurant supplies efficiently
• Reduce food and resource waste wherever possible

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter or hospitality staff member (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
