About the Programme
CCBSA is offering Electrical & Mechanical Engineering In-Service Training for students who need workplace exposure. This 12-month programme gives you hands-on experience in a real manufacturing environment while learning from qualified engineers.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with equipment inspections, maintenance & repairs
- Support production and maintenance teams
- Record maintenance work and prepare reports
- Follow safety standards and learn industry best practices
- Gain practical engineering skills on the job
Requirements
- Grade 12 with Maths or Maths Literacy (40%+)
- Studying towards National Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- South African citizen (18–35 years)
- Unemployed at the time of appointment
- Employment Equity candidates
- Must not have completed the same programme before
