✅ Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Have a minimum of ABET Level 3 or Grade 10
• Be in good physical health and able to perform manual work
• Be willing to work weekends and public holidays
• Rotate between sections when required
• Possess basic knowledge of:
  • Landscaping and horticulture
  • Waste management
  • General maintenance
• Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Garden and Grounds Maintenance:

• Watering plants and lawns
• Weeding, pruning, trimming, and mowing
• Seeding and lawn care

Waste Management:

• Proper disposal of organic waste
• Emptying and cleaning bins

Infrastructure Maintenance:

• Cleaning signs and light fittings
• Sweeping driveways and walkways
• Unblocking drains and maintaining road markings

Equipment Care:

• Cleaning, oiling, and sharpening tools
• Reporting faulty equipment

General Support Tasks:

• Loading and offloading furniture
• Minor repairs to furniture, tools, and equipment
