🎯 Job Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring accurate loading of stock, and maintaining an efficient and clean yard environment. The role supports smooth operations and customer satisfaction within the store.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Load customer vehicles, delivery trucks, and transfer vehicles accurately
• Ensure stock is correctly stacked, counted, and organized
• Assist with stock transfers and yard operations
• Report stock shortages and damages
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the yard area
• Assist customers with product support and service
• Bag materials such as sand and stone
• Participate in stocktaking activities
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors

✅ Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification
• At least 1 year experience in a similar role (advantageous)
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to count and manage stock accurately
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
• Good communication skills (verbal)
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Able to work under pressure and remain disciplined
